Hi. I was packaging your sweater this morning and I noticed that one of the buttons started to fall apart . They are made of a soft wood. I am so sorry! think it happened when I washed the sweater. The buttons are very unique so there is no way for me to replace it for you . I am going to cancel the order because I don't want to send it with a damaged button . Sorry!

Hi Nicole! Thanks so much for your purchase! I will mail your FP dress by Monday. This is the best dress if you love to layer. Very light. I wore a black lace top underneath. So pretty with the low back. Might sound strange but the right necklace facing back looks great as well.

I don't know why it's doing that, but if you pull up tracking on the USPS site it'll give you the true status. Hi Nicole, I had to cancel the order for the dress. While I was packaging it up I noticed that there was a small stain on one of the white stripes. I tried to remove it but it is still faintly noticeable. I'm sorry. I'd be happy to still sell it to you but I wanted to make you aware of the stain before I shipped it.

@nicolec88 I’m so so sorry they were like new shorts very cute the other shorts I sold at the same time haven’t got there yet and they canceled I did take them the next day to the post office and used the self scan in the lobby I can not find that receipt I must have thrown it away it has taught me a lesson. Hey I’m so sorry again I did not ship those shorts, I was sure that I did. I’ve sold a lot of shorts lately and I sold a pair this morning and opened the drawer and there they were.
