As you can see from the photos and the description of the Northface jacket you purchased, we were honest and clear about the condition of this jacket. The responsibility of the buyer is to look at the information and pictures the seller provided. I’m sorry you didn’t notice the clearly torn lining of our jacket.

ncvillamar @shopstyleshift Your description did not mention any damage. The picture me did not show the extent of the damage. You make it look like a few minor tears but there are actually a lot of large tears. When the jacket was tried in pieces of the lining flakes off! I am not new to buying preowned clothes. Your post was definitely misleading.

If they didn’t make it, they’re not responsible if it doesn’t fit you the way you would have hoped and it isn’t fair to rate based on fit. That is not a normal rating procedure and if you have a lot of experience buying used clothes you should be aware of that. Glad I read the comments. Jeez.
