I would have rather you asked for a refund than give a two star rating for an item that you could clearly see was used and not new!!!! The sandals were packaged well enough and made it through shipping!! Thanks again, for your purchase!!

@candiyoung there was hair all in the clear bag, the shoes were not even attempted to be cleaned there was what looked like nail polish on one shoe as well. Definitely now how I’d expect or send anything out.

@tashi05 I’ve never used nail polish, so that can’t be, the shoes were cleaned and placed in a recyclable bag and I have natural hair so if you see any other type, it’s not my hair!! You can still send them back if it’s that much of a bother!! You expect perfection from used goods and that’s not possible, the shoes were not dirty, they were USED like the description described!!

@candiyoung ok ma’am, I’ll upload photos so you can see since you’re so in your feelings about this. I would have returned them however I was out of town when the package arrived. I understand they are used love, however a good cleaning would have been appreciated OR the flaws actually mentioned in the description. It’s really not a big deal, hun, just want to my expectations. And there was hair on the shoes as well, things happen, take it with a grain of salt love and move forward.
