poshplussociety I am sorry the jacket was not as warm as you expected. If you would like you can return it and I will refund you the cost. I am not sure what you were thinking it to be, but I gave a very detailed description stating it was fleece lined and that it was only a jacket not a coat. You can still view the description by opening up the item listing. I work very hard giving the best details I know how as to keep my 5 star rating.
