Look, we did the best we can to ship. It's not our fault someone still them from you. My mom and sister are 4 hours away from me and did the best they could to get you your boots at the lower price you asked for. There is no need to rant about how your neighbor stole the boots. Not my fault, don't appreciate the rating. Have a great Christmas.

I'm sorry if you are upset with the rating, 4 stars is not bad. I commented on what had happened because I felt it had to do with packaging. None of my other boxes were taken, just that one. I was not saying that saying a neighborhood thief was your fault. The boots are beautiful and I thank you for "accepting" my offer. Again, I'm sorry. I meant no ill will.
