I'm sorry to hear that you did not receive your necklace! Sometimes the PO marks a package as delivered before they actually deliver it which is incredibly frustrating. It's strange they marked it delivered at nearly 7:30 at night too! Hopefully you'll receive it with tomorrows mail :)
