rachelb152 Hello in the description I chose 2 colors red and pink because they are a fiery red color. You can return them.I am not sure how poshmak handles that. Can you please send them a request to return? I am sorry they didn't work out for you. 🙁

myyabarkley @rachelb152 hi, the color in the picture is completely different from what I recieved in person....I would list them as coral... they look like a true red on Posh...I actually purchase them for Christmas pictures and they definitely won't work now.... in the description their listed as red.

rachelb152 Red has different hues but hard to define from pictures sometimes. I am willing to take them back because I want you to be happy so please send a request to return to poshmak and I believe that they will send you a label. Thanks

rachelb152 I am sorry but I think that way poshmak will take the 20% and I would still have to pay for the shipping. I believe that if you open a claim it's just 2 days and I am willing to accept them back but I am not able to give 20% twice. It's still in the time period that you can open a claim. I am going to try to email poshmak support now to let them know that I am willing to take them back and I will keep you posted. But on your end try to open a claim so we can resolve it quickly. Thanks.

I am more interested in providing good customer service rather than dispute between us. I am truly sorry that it's not the red you like. Shopping on line it's sometimes a challenge especially color.

kbisho1 Myya I’m so sorry one of the dishes were broken, I’m not sure what more I could have done. I purchased the bubble wrap and the protective packing , upgraded the shipping label - I also am confused why the package went to Chicago if you’re in Temecula, I would I have just delivered it myself if I knew it would take 10 days and not make it safely. 🙈From the bottom of my heart I’m so sorry. If you wish to return or notify posh I would be happy to return what monies were left in the exchange.
