mportage I wanted you to know that I've contacted USPS re: your shipment. It's really frustrating to me that it's taking this long to get tracking info. I do have a receipt that shows the package was picked up but that's not the same as the tracking info. Hopefully, it will start tracking any time now. As soon as I know more - I'll contact you. Mary

mportage @myldredsmith I can't tell you how much I appreciate your kindness - I am just about in tears here as I just received an email from USPS saying your package has not arrived yet....really not very helpful. I have called USPS and am waiting for a call back (estimated two hours+).

mportage A few times I have experience no tracking until the item is delivered...and I'm hoping that is the case for you. Needless to say, I am doing what I can to resolve the lack of tracking including contacting both USPS and Poshmark.

mportage @myldredsmith I've contacted USPS (emails/phone) & they are looking into it. My carrier scanned the manifest Mon 5/11 and while I have that confirmation # the packages still aren't tracking. Unfortunately, PM won't let you file for non-delivery until the 20th. Hopefully, the package will show up in the next few days. However, if nothing changes by the 20th, I will be the first to suggest a PM refund for you. I am sorry this has happened. Mary
