monsyverghese @drjohn76 Thanks a lot. I am sure if it is slim it may be tight as I have a belly that is 24 inches. These run a size smaller too. I am a bargain hunter and I have been able to grab few items at bargain. I would go upto 125.00 only. The item is certainly worth more that 248 and I am sure you would be able to sell at much higher than what I have in mind. If you drop the price in future I am willing to take at an acceptable price. Thanks for your kindness
