"Thank you for reviewing. This is regarding order # 5fc4d2d31950171a065da0d0. Tracking number - 9405511202061426713371. We shipped the order on time but this order has been stuck in the USPS facility since December 1st and has not seen any movement at all. Please can you contact USPS? I am writing on behalf of my buyer. Thanks"
