Hi Miles, the boots you purchased on Sept 29 were out for delivery on Oct 2 but it appears you have a forwarding mail request on file with the post office. These boots were then forwarded to a post office in another state. I tried to reach you under the order tab but you may not have seen it. These boots are currently at the post office and have been available for pick up since Oct 8.
