mirathomas I went to the post office and they have no clue where it is. The package was never scanned so therefore they won't accept responsibility for it. I always ship within a day at this same post office. I don't know what happened and they claim they cannot do anything about it. I am so sorry about all of this. I too am affected because now my product has disappeared. If for some reason you receive it, please let me know. There is nothing I can do unfortunately.
