brandyls123 hi! If there is a problem with a purchase you need to open a case with poshmark and they handle any issues. They would be the one to approve or refuse a return and issue refund if approved. I'm not sure how to go about it after you have accepted, you may be able to reach out to posh support

serena4957 Ps. Not sure if you noticed or not but I have a few Torrid items and I'm adding more as we speak. Did you see my New Torrid dresses or shirts or tank tops. I have Sizes 10 torrid 16 torrid and 22 and 24 Torrid. Please go brows some more. More tank tops coming soon I do have a Torrid swim suit too, think it's a 3X or 3 that I need to list.
