applesas0223 Hi Mikel! It’s Alyssa! I sent you the Josie Maran Sleeping Nectar in Nov 27. Tomorrow will be day 14 & I’ll be emailing support. Usually on day 14 they will reimburse you and you’ll eventually get your item🙄, but at least it will be for free. Unfortunately this is the sixth time I have had this problem since June🤦🏻‍♀️, So I’m familiar with the procedure. As long as you don’t get it today or tomorrow that will most likely happen
