mickaela_poshau @porshaamichi We recommend you checking the user's closet stats before making a purchase, to see if the user is a fast shipper and a good seller. You can view this information on the user's "About" section in their closet. If the "last active on" information does not appear on the seller's "About" profile, most likely the seller is not active on Poshmark anymore or has deleted the app. Ultimately, it is the seller's responsibility to respond to comments or offers, and to ship out their sales.
