hurdkb @starznmoonz48 I'm not sure I understand. If you purchased the item you can go into your purchases and see exactly who you purchased them from. If there was a problem with the order when you look at your purchase at the bottom there is a block you can click on that says problem with purchase. That is where you can report your problem.
