akldoran Hi, your package was supposed to deliver yesterday but the tracking says “cannot be delivered as addressed”. I noticed there was no last name on the label, have you had this problem with your post office before? You may need to reach out to them to correct/instruct.

markchelle @akldoran I never had an issue with it before. I just updated my address. From what I can see the package should have been returned to you. Will it be able to be resent? I’m not sure how much I can do from my end since it was returned to sender.

akldoran @markchelle I would reach out to USPS and posh if I was you. The address on the label doesn’t exist as written. There’s no st/rd listed and the city and zip code appear to be incorrect. You may be able to have them redirect to the correct address.

akldoran @markchelle It hasn’t been returned to me, it just says on tracking that it arrived in NY, was going out for delivery and got pulled due to the undeliverable address.
