I run a business, I rather my kids look amazing. Then I seen it was 70% off. I was like ok I want in on this. Then to see so many shady ppl. I feel terrible that you are unhappy as a customer & can't stop thinking about how your poor rating & review could have been avoided on my end. 😕Please know that before listing & sending your item I fully inspected it to make sure that it was free of defects. Since you accepted the package & wore the item, I don't believe I'll be able to process a return (according to Poshmark's policy on sales), but you're welcome to contact PM's support team. The rating I received was very disappointing/damaging to my overall closet rating & while I would like to resolve this issue to make both of us happy, I don't believe there is much I can do for this sale unfortunately.
