topfashionsalex hi are you able to change the issue with the product to something else open a new case maybe? I was unaware about this issue and my account is going to get flagged. I accept a return on the product. If there is a different way to open the case I would greatly appreciate it - usually when the case is not as described it is easier for me to comment and the return is processed quicker
