parisfortabat Hello doll, the bag is in your way home from PM facility but I printed twice your shipping label and I also sent a blue cotton dress in another box that also went to PM facility, it would be a huge favor if you can return it to me if you receive it anyways I contacted PM to see if they can do something. onelmichel Hi- I heard from Poshmark authentication dept. they sent me pics of additional scratches and a pretty bad scrape on the bag. These were not in the original pics. Unfortunately I’m not willing to pay 1,650 for the bag but would be willing to pay 1,350. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks

parisfortabat @onelmichel hi doll, I really apologize that I haven’t seen the extra scratches bc I put it for sale long time ago and it wasn’t in use for ages. Wait to receive the bag and inspect it in person then you can return it to me or I deduct you the money you are able to pay. Thank you and let me know.

onelmichel @parisfortabat hi the message from poshmark said I have to decide and resolve this now bc if they ship to me, it is not eligible for return or “item not as described”. Would be good to figure this out now. If you want to accept 1,350, let Poshmark know and then we can proceed. Thanks!

They sent me an email saying we will take care of the refund and don’t stress out because I am a little frustrated with the whole communication with Poshmark replying emails but I told them to return you 300 from the balance. Anyways keep contacting them to do it faster but they know about the refund to you as they are holding the funds. Happy weekend doll

onelmichel @parisfortabat I’m super confused because customer support emailed today to say no partial refunds allowed. That I would have to cancel and you would have to list it again so I can repurchase it. This is getting ridiculous. I emailed them again to try and resolve but I’m losing patience. Have you heard from them?

parisfortabat @onelmichel they sent me the same email but I clarified all the situation about the purchase and I don’t know if the bag is on transit or not; I don’t know if they still have it with them. Did you approve the purchase or not?

onelmichel @parisfortabat Hi I didn’t even have the option to approve the purchase. It just says authentication complete but no further info at all. No tracking number either. This is crazy

parisfortabat @onelmichel So frustrated. Why don’t you try to approve the purchase and I send you 300 dollars in another way with a transfer. It’s been years that I’m selling in PS. I am trying to find a solution so they can send it to you or return it to me.

onelmichel @parisfortabat it doesn't give me the option to approve the purchase. When i click on the status it says "We will proceed and forward your order to you." But that was 4 days ago and nothing since then. I will contact again to push them for update. You do it too and hopefully one of us will get an answer. SO CRAZY!

They aren’t normal… they sent an email saying since we haven’t heard from your buyer approval then we will ship you the bag Back to you after the buyer fills the return form if the buyer feels the order is not as described and the period is 72 hours. They don’t have a phone number to speak so irresponsible.

onelmichel @parisfortabat hi not sure what you are referring to? i already paid for the bag - i am not returning it. Since Poshmark was unable to deal with the partial refund, i had my credit card company handle it. They issued a credit of $300 to account for the difference in price we agreed with. They are resolving with Poshmark since Posh couldn't help you and I when we reached out to them multiple times.

parisfortabat @onelmichel hello! Poshmark sent me a tracking number 9410811109349804667704 which belongs to your return from Little Neck NY 11363. At this point, I will speak to my lawyer to do a small claim in court in PS physical place and jurisdiction because this is not serious. I don’t have any funds, I don’t have the bag. What are you going to do? The tracking for your return was generated today

onelmichel @parisfortabat i am blown away by them. They sent me the same email and i responded to them once again with all the background, the support to show we agreed to a $300 reduction in price, i told them i want the bag and my credit card company paid for the bag less the $300. So poshmark has the funds and they are not releasing it to you for some CRAZY reason. I also asked them to have someone call me directly and gave them my phone number bc i feel like something is getting lost in translation

onelmichel @parisfortabat i really think to resolve this, we need to speak with a person at Poshmark and not just go back and forth with them over emails. DO you have a contact person - i am happy to call them but i don't have any way of getting in touch with a live person over there.

onelmichel @parisfortabat so i just tried googling their address and a phone number came up 650 262 4771 so i called them. you can't get a person but you can leave a voice mail - i thought this was progress until the recording came on "This mailbox is full and is unable to accept messages. good bye"...I CAN"T BELIEVE THEM
