Hi Michelle, you purchased a Frye tote from my closet last night. I just went to the shop where it was displayed, and it was stolen. I am going to cancel the order. If it turns up, I will contact you immediately. I am sick to my stomach at the moment.

Hi, I am in a difficult position. I am leaving for a trip, set aside money for a bag, now no bag and now money for a bag until my bank account is credited in 10 to 14 days. While I sincerely feel for you I am guessing you can appreciate my predicament especially since it took me forever to find a bag and if I happen to find another I cant purchase it. I understand policy but do you have a solution that puts money in my pocket soon? Thanks.
