I got you offer and I am willing to accept it. I just wanted to make sure you were ok and aware that I am out of town until the 28th. We are visiting family in GA and not going home until the 27th. So the earliest I could ship would be around the 28th. If that is ok with you let me know and I’ll accept. Again, completely up to you, I just wanted to make sure you were aware of the situation.

@lawtonbri that’s great! Let’s do this…if you’re good with it…hold off on accepting it until you return on 27th. If you, reject the offer or whatever. When you come back, send me a note and I’ll resend the offer and we’ll go from there. The reason being is that postmark charges immediately upon acceptance of an offer and I’d rather just pay knowing it’s getting shipped out immediately. In the event that you happen to get an offer higher than mine, accept it and it’s my loss.
