Couldn't do them then, can’t do them now. 😆 I ❤︎ wide-legged, bell bottoms (flares) jeans. ART/JEWELRY: No time period preference. H☏ME: Scandinavian/Mid-century modern furniture decorated w/ Art Deco and Naturalistic pieces. BOOKS: Typography & Illustrated…this is new to me. melreina13 @littlepeachxo I just changed my description so I can express my outrage with how insulting PM handles suspicions of counterfeits. But I see this, and as a child abuse survivor, I cannot tell you how much your generosity really touches me. I’m so relieved that things have changed since I was a kid. I wanted to tell you this b/c I feel like my anger taints such an act of compassion.

azjess82 On another note I agree with you about Poshmark, they did the same to me on a vintage Gucci bag that was also flagged and deleted for being fake which is not. I was furious that I paid to get it authenticated just to prove to them. They were also rude to me in their email and within hours I received a 2nd email saying they made a mistake and ended up posting the bag for me.

azjess82 But of course this was after I paid for the service. I don’t sell fake items and they could have simply looked at my track record this was the 5th vintage Gucci bag I had listed instead of rushing and accusing me.

But I hate to hear that you also felt criminalized and then there was the expense of having to prove yourself! And I get it, this appears to be a tough and competitive business. Reason why I side-eyed the timing of it with declining an offer. I got that same apologetic albeit very brief and cookie cutter email, and I see the coat is back on there.

melreina13 @azjess82 You are so right! That’s all they had to do! They need to rethink and redo the protocol they follow. I understand the necessity to protect the seller, but they also can’t continue to belittle their sellers from whom they profit greatly.

marilynweber758 Hi Melodie! Thanks for your kind comments! Yes, I painted china for about 40 years. Also some acrylic, oil and watercolors. Unfortunately, I don’t paint often enough! We have a bird feeder that attaches to our window so we can watch than all the time.
