chmcg123 I’m so sorry I just saw your comment now there’s been an illness in my family and I haven’t been following my Posh.. As for your question no they are not new but they look brand new. they’ve hardly hardly been worn. I had so many bathing suits for them and my girls grew out of them if they were worn twice each I’d be surprised
