Hi, I just saw your rating and note on the bag, I couldn’t apologize enough, honestly. It was my grandmas and she’s gone now but I didn’t know it was a fake. I will get with Poshmark to see how you can return it and I will refund you. I’m not sure how just yet because you already accepted it but I’ll do my very best!

Hi Melissa, I received a somewhat vague response from Poshmark and if I understand correctly the buyer would need to initiate the procedure by contacting support with a “problem with purchase” and we could go from there. I’ll be happy to follow any steps needed to arrange a refund. Unfortunately, no matter how it’s resolved the rating can’t be changed. Despite that, I still hope to make it right for you. Thanks, Kara

Hi, Dey here. You purchased the vintage Dooney from me. I just wanted to let you know that I off the brass duck to clean it and forgot to loop it back to the purse. BUT I remember and snuck it in the box after it was mostly sealed. Please make sure to fish it out! It may get lost in the wrapping. 😃
