This is a dress. Just because you think it's a top because perhaps it's too short for you, doesn't give you the right to give me 3 stars! The rating is supposed to be for if the item is what you bought, cleanliness, description,etc. NOT for FIT

@tanyrae look at your above reply “looks like you received your free people top” not dress and that’s exactly what I received a top. Has nothing to do with the fit and that’s not what was advertised. I bought another dress from free people same size and it fit like a dress not top. I didn’t want a top. Do not cool on your end!
