What I received was not what I ordered, I gave the one star because I did not get the item I purchased. I sent a picture to poshmark on what I ordered and it clearly says that my order was a size 9. I was not saying that you deserved a 1 star for your merchandise, I gave you a 1 star because I did not get what I ordered and I am not satisfied. I have never had this problem before. How do I get a refund because I cannot do anything with a size 7 shoe.

The reason I emailed posh is because it said that I had to put in a request before 3 days and I didn't want them to say I didn't do it in time. I also sent you a message before the 3 days. I have never had a problem with what I ordered. I am also truthful with how I rate my experience. I did not get what I ordered. I am not satisfied with this purchase. I do have the opportunity to edit my rating and right now until this is resolved is how I feel about my experience.

Sorry just saw your comment. I am a little confused because I never had someone ask me to confirm something before seeing it. The last time I ordered from Posh I got something that was not as listed. I had to go back and forth with the person about this and I don't want to get caught up like this again. I read the description, but now I am wondering why I have to confirm that. I don't mean to be difficult but I hope you understand my concern since I had a bad experience earlier.

Its not posh mark its just me .. this was a gift to me and im just not sure if its 100 % authentic .. the necklace and bracelet are in great condition and they are just as they are in the pictures i just want to make sure that you understand i dont know if its 100 % from tiffanys . Thats why i priced it so low .. the actual store is very far from me but its all yours ready to go

Hey Melanie! You just purchased a pair of tan/brown wedges from me! I just shipped them and realized I sent the wrong pair of tan wedges 😫. I'm so so sorry, but the styles were so similar I didn't realize until it was too late. You can check my page and I accidentally sent the other pair of tan wedges in the same size that I have for sale. If you would like those instead they are on their way to you, if not you can send those back and I can sent the correct pair! I'm so sorry again!

@meldiva4 hi I am so sorry I had to cancel your order. When i went to ship the purse it had stains on the front that I think came from another purse that was stacked on top of it. There was no way I was going to send it to you. I hope you find something else in my closet you like. If your interested in anything let me know and i will discount something for you.

@meldiva4 I'm so sorry for the delay in response, I had no internet for the past few days. So I contacted poshmark and they said to open a formal case, once the figured out the information hey will contact me again and I will be able to send the correct pair! So in assuming they will direct you for some sort of cancellation and redo of the service and you can send back the wrong pair and I will send the right one. Again I'm so sorry for the mix up!

@meldiva4 hey, I don have too much info. They told me once hey approve your case they will allow the return. They said to hold off on sending he correct one until the case is approved. I just sent them another email just to check, so once they respond to me hopefully they will have more info! Thanks for your patience :)
