Hi Maya! I just looked at the items I have sold recently and noticed that the sweater you purchased and I sent out is reading “pending shipment scan.” Honesty I’m not sure why this happens occasionally with the boost office. I mailed out 3 boxes one morning a few days ago (including yours) and all of them are reading the same. Occasionally the post office or posts person has a bit of a “hiccup” and packages are not scanned in.
