mjmegjames @d_bradburn hi! I have two messages from people asking me to email the images because they can’t see them on their phone? Is that a scam? Also one person is insisting that she paid already and that I should have received an email. I haven’t.

d_bradburn @mjmegjames hello! the email thing is a scam. you should never have to do a transaction outside posh. as for the person. saying they paid, I recommend asking them to contact support for payment issues. anybody you suspect is spam or scam I always report and block them.

mjmegjames @d_bradburn oh wow! She told me to check spam. It looked like a formal notice from Poshmark saying to go to final steps of the sale. I released the email from spam, but it never went to my main email.

d_bradburn @mjmegjames that's weird. I've never had that happen. you can always check your orders tab under your notification to see all sales also incase it does it again.
