octobersbazaar I’m sorry that you are not pleased with your Bra that ordered from me. In the description I wrote In brand new condition and that it was washed. As I wash everything. It was worn once not even for an hour because it was too big. The balling of fabric may have happened in the dryer but it isn’t from wear. I wouldn’t sell anything that wasn’t in new or close to new condition. This is my first 1 star rating. Im sorry again.
