marygracebox @nyckat624 the dry cleaners were unable to remove 3 fairly large cranberry stains on the bottom front of the dress, so unfortunately, I dont know if it is the condition necessary to be re-worn or re-sold

marygracebox Also why did you say there was a failed attempted delivery and then say it was successfully delivered? That doesnt make sense at all. Please get back to me ASAP IN THIS MESSAGE THREAD with the address you sent the package to and the USPS tracking number so this can be resolved. It has been 15 days since this transaction was made and it is completely unacceptable.

kimmyobr @marygracebox I’ve been on the phone with them I’ve called main headquarters in Washington DC I have called several times I’ve tried the ID number the first page says delivery Signature not available the second one if you go onto USPS I keep trying to hit the tracking number and it copies the whole page which will not copy on here so I will write it down and individually put the numbers in so you can see for yourself

I have had 3 items lost due to the cancellation process and get my sales out immediately because as it is I live in LA we broke the record here 11,000 in one day

kimmyobr I also had a large order to send out thar day and I make it very easy for USPS to at the prepaid labels on the box is there printed before they get there the lines out the door people are not helpful they make mistakes unfortunately I have had to take a lot of unwarranted backlash
