Hi Mary, thanks for your question. I am between a medium and large but lean towards large. It really depends on the brand though. With Splendid most of my joggers are large and tops some large some medium. If it runs oversized I have small tops in Splendid but only a few. Thanks again. Let me know if you have more questions.
