@somedaisy Hello, thanks for your msg. I received a msg from Posh saying my acct is locked and asking for my DL scan which I'm not comfortable with, especially since they aren't saying why nor what they do with the info. You may need to relist the item. So sorry. Totally dont know whats going on. Ive had a great history on this site. Very dissappointing.

@mlandsberg Hi m I just looked up what they were asking you for, they do sometimes ask for verification, just to make sure that you are the person who owns the account and not someone else trying to use your card, it sounded like it’s safe to do this as it did state that they do not share the information. What I looked up online was “ does Poshmark ask for DL or passport information to verify accounts”.

@mlandsberg I honestly don’t know if they have a number. I have looked and didn’t find anything except the email for customer support. You can try email and see if they can give you the code just make sure you tell them you are not comfortable scanning important documents. Honestly I have done it on several sites and never had a problem, but I have 3 different security apps on my devices also.

@mlandsberg It’s also an extra security, because if you don’t get as described. They can also assist with returning things. Even if someone says they don’t accept it, Poshmark does so we really have no choice in the matter
