I'm sorry that you didn't have a five star experience and would like to get more details, your rating consist of Could Improve on Item Description & Packaging so I would like to know what could have been different & better?

positiveripple Also mention in the review Could Improve on Item Cleanliness - the item had been washed before it was stored & shipped so if you could provide more info on this I would greatly appreciate it- this way I know what I need to change & do differently. Also you listed ship time so I will get a hold of poshmark directly to get more info as the order was placed on Friday 11-22-19 at 9:33 pm, shipped on 11-23-19 & delivered to front door/porch on Monday the 25th at 12:53 according to the tracking info.
