Hi. I’ve never worn the shoes so I don’t know how the elastic was torn. Can you take a picture and show me?

I just looked at my pictures. If you’re speaking about the elastic on the inside of the shoe .. that isn’t torn. It’s that elasticized to provide movement.

Hi,
I went to take a picture of it and you are absolutely correct. I just saw the leather and thought it was the elastic. Yes, the leather is suppose to be split at the side. Sorry for the misunderstanding. Now, if there is anything I can do to change the rating from 4 star to 5 star just let me know. I’m new to this and I don’t know if I know how to change a rating.
