Whenever you see an item for purchase, next to the Title of the item you’ll see an oval with (NWT) in it that means the item is New With Tags.
However, many sellers will select that and put in the description if it’s (NWOT) New With Out Tags.
So, always read the description. Hope this helps!

@thatvintagevibe Just confirmed with my dad, no package at my new address. The new owner of my lady address told me he put it back in the mail “Return to Sender” so they should have come back to you by now.
