jillcbg @marilynhaw I have only ever had 5 star ratings so I am sorry you didn't feel the item was clean. They were exactly how I received them and were conditioned with leather conditioner. The bottoms were somewhat scuffed but that was in the pictures and it was $80 for Alexander McQueen shoes. I would really like to purchase them back from you as I never want someone unhappy. So if you'd list them for the $80 I will buy them back from you right now.

I contacted them yesterday to see if they could change your "accept order" to not accept because then I think it will automatically give you a paid shipping label to return them to me.....that way you don't have to go through the hassle or listing them.....that's why they have the "not accept item" button I believe....not sure....never dealt with this before 👍🏼😊😊
