banditcat Next time, if an item arrives that is not as you expected, don’t rate it yet. Instead, open a “case” request return. The system will ask why. From the pull down list, select “item not as described.” (Purple color was darker in listing photos then actual item received). It takes a few hours, but Poshmark will send along an email to the address on your account with a return shipping label.
