j70m72 @soriag I do have questions. How do I make a banner by my items that I see on other closets? I’ve looked everywhere, but I can’t seem to figure it out. 😂 Also, if someone puts adds items to their bundles, but doesn’t put an offer in, what should I do?

j70m72 @mixitupcloset thank you! I was just wondering if someone asks me if I can do a better shipping price, how would I do that? And also, if some just asks me what I can do for them instead of making an offering, do I just go to listing and change price?

find_seekeying @j70m72 You're welcome! I'm sorry for the delay, I'm trying to catch up on notifications and just saw this. When you click on that certain item the customer is talking about on the bottom right will say Price Drop. When you click on that there will be 2 options. The top one you can do a public price drop. And the bottom one you can make a private offer to them. You can lower the price by 10%, 20% or whatever you choose or you both agree on.

find_seekeying @j70m72 Once you pick the amount you want to change it to there will be a place underneath that says $1.80 I believe and if you hit that it will offer them the $4.99 shipping. Just so you know that money comes out of your pocket. Please let me know if I need to explain more and I'm always here to help! 😉❤
