burchtm Hi. I’m sorry that you are very unhappy with your purchase. Unfortunately, I can’t please everyone & I am very sorry 🙁🙁🙁🙁😊. I guess my wrapping didn’t count for anything. However, could you please modify your comment please. You said that I shipped your coach shoes in an envelope but it was exactly a “padded” envelope. There is a big difference. mariahdhee @burchtm Facts. Shoes arrived smashed, bent and out of shape. Because they where in fact mailed in an envelope. How does stating a fact OR my opinion on the rating make me a bad Posher? As you say? Because I didn't give you a rating you liked? Ratings are meant to be honest. Maybe you should just take from it what you can and possibly not make that mistake again.

burchtm @mariahdhee; I am not going to go back in forth with you. The shoes were in a plastic “padded” envelope. The shoes are a soft suede & are flats. Duh! I notice that other Sellers have had issues with you & that’s why I said you were a bad posher! Every single seller up here try very hard to get a 5 star rating, so of course I’m not happy with s “1”rating. I’ve never had a “1”. Duh! But you are also telling half truths because you are unhappy. That’s actually lying.

burchtm I ship all my shoes that I sell in a “padded” envelope & with flats in the padded envelopes & have never had complaints until selling to you. Mostly everything that’s sold on Poshmark is second hand & are not in a box or have the shoe paper or shoe thongs enclosed in the shoe.
