ccresells I apologize for the bad experience you have had because you/everyone deserves flawless service as As it relates to your order this is not a normal practice respectfully and quite frankly, you don’t need or want to hear a bunch of blah blah reasons. You want your order. I want to make this right. I can give you a partial refund $10 and still send shoes or refund and a discount for anything else you may like?

And my track record here & other platforms is without incident. I can and will reissue payment tmrw 9am EST or please pending your review ref my offeR for partial refund of $10 and still send you the shoes. Or refund 100 % and provide discount on something else.
