I’m so sorry the purse was not cleaned. We had to go out of town for an emergency and I asked my daughter to clean it , stuff it with new papers and mail it with a note and ribbon. I apologize it didn’t arrive in the appropriate manner. I will happily refund your shipping. Just let me know. Thanks so much.
