Hi, I apologize for the ship time. I thought I had informed you that since you ordered your items on July 3 that it wouldn't be until the 5th that I could get them to you. Which was my intention until I had a family emergency that day.I am truly very sorry.
I live 20 miles, one way, from a post office and I don't yet have a printer at home that I can print the labels. I thought I had contacted you about that. Once again I am sorry that it took so long.

if you notice on the order that you bought items on sept 21. it was sent out and started tracking on the 23. i even paid an extra 12 dollars because original postage wasnt enough. can you please edit your rating because the time it took post office to deliver is beyond my control. and im very sorry about any burn marks. these were all my mothers and i guess i didnt inspect them Like i should have.
