loricg I had no idea it wasn’t good for charging. 100% return it if you can. Maybe it’s the cord. I’m so so very sorry.

loricg It charged when I had it may I add. That’s so weird. Could be shipping defects. Again I’m so sorry it didn’t work out.

lakeobabika @loricg Fitbit gave me a refund as a courtesy. They indicated to keep the item so I had assumed that you did not get any charges.

loricg @lakeobabika Did you keep the bag that I sent it in. If so package it up. And see if you could get a return label from poshmark. If it doesn’t work there’s no point in having it. Return it and I can see what I can do with it. I made nothing from that sale and you ended up with your money and the Fitbit. I’m sorry if that came off as harsh haha no hurt feelings.

lakeobabika @loricg Poshmark advised me to keep the Fitbit which led me to believe they had paid you and had covered the costs. I'm happy to return it to you and have what I assume is your address on your original packaging. But I'll ask you to either pay for the shipping or arrange with Poshmark directly. You have my full cooperation but am not wanting to invest more $$ or another painful back and forth with Poshmark. This was my 1st experience and I plan to delete my acct. I will leave open for now.
