Hi Marcia! I received your offer on the shoes, I just wanted to make sure you’re aware they are a size 8. I had mistakenly listed them initially at a 9. @mlh27290 Hello, you purchased a Vince Camuto bra from me in 38C yesterday (I already shipped and it's on it's way to you). I just realized that I sent the wrong bra size since I had the exact bra listed in both 38C and 36B. I am so sorry, this is the first time I've had a mix-up in over 800 sales. :/ When it arrives you can open a case for sizing and I will note that we have already communicated so it gets approved asap.

@jamiliae I just opened the case for the wrong size of the bra. Please let me know the next step. I do want the 38C bra. Will you replace the wrong product or refund the purchase price and shipping costs?

@mlh27290 Hi! I just saw the case. I reached out to Posh on the same day I contacted you and they said they will handle it once a case is opened. I would assume they’ll refund your money and you can repurchase the correct bra. It’s my first case so I’m not entirely sure though. Again, I am so sorry about this mix up. I was trying to get it out to you quickly and was already about to head out the door with other items and misread. I really appreciate your understanding.
