I have no control over postal delivery it was shipped same day as ordered. I used the appropriate package for size of item. I dont waste tissue paper but use plastic bags to protect item. All items are washed and gone over before shipping. You ordered the skirt and it was only in a 6 no 4. The description described skirt exactly along with pictures. Your comments are unfounded.
