However, the item was measured correctly and you were charged through Poshmark . The money was never released because Poshmark controls all the transactions

persephone2282 @masha1902 Yes, I reached out to Poshmark asking them to reach out to you I also had UPS come by a couple times to pick up packages but the name on the package for the address was not my name and there was no info on the company or what was being picked up. If you send a label I will have them sent to you. And if you are willing to except the bag that is still in the box as well and I can send that back for a refund.

masha1902 @persephone2282 I can’t creat a label for some reason . Can you try to choose any option like “order is not as described” , “defective item”, “not authentic” and request a return? I sent multiple emails to Poshmark and they never got back to me.
