Hi I am so sorry and confused! I tried a new card and a new browser (chrome instead of safari) and I am not sure what is happening, I just bought something two weeks ago using the same card and had no problem. Ive emailed the support to see if they can figure out the issue. So sorry and THANK YOU for your patience
