kittyaya @madlaw Thanks for purchasing from us and I’d like to go over the rating left : you’ve stated no dust bag included .. with all my respect no where in my post I mentioned dust bag included, you mentioned bag is damaged please submit pictures with the damage .also please check picture 4 I took it too close to show some dents caused from the packaging and that’s the reason for the bag being listed 55% off. Thanks again for your purchase and it will much appreciated for you to resubmit your review.

madlaw @kittyaya Thank you for your response. You are correct, no where in your description did you state that the handbag came with a dust bag. I apologize for making that assumption and will edit that portion of my review. However, I do expect an item that is listed in New With Tags condition to be new and without flaws unless stated otherwise. It was difficult to see any flaws in the photos you took of the handbag. I will be happy to share photos of those blemishes I found.
