isabel_86 @madeleinemiriam it shows it was delivered to your address yesterday. Do you not have tracking in the app? Not sure how I can access it again for you since it was already confirmed delivered. It doesn’t say that was dropped off at the post office. It reads it was dropped off at the house.

madeleinemiriam @isabel_86 thanks so much for the quick response. The address is a P.O. Box which is located here at the post office and they say I️t was not delivered to the post office yet. So i was wondering if you had the tracking number for the shipment so they could check the status of the package?

madeleinemiriam Oh yes and to answer your question i do have tracking on the app but it doesn’t give a tracking number for the shipment of the package like the one that uspa would give you. If you don’t have it i am sure the package will arrive very soon probably tomorrow(:

madeleinemiriam @isabel_86 hey just so you know I’m at the post office and there’s still no package in my P.O. box. I️ talked to one of the employees on both days and they said they’ve been dealing with system failures and understaffing so it’s possible the package has not yet been put in the proper place. Rest assured however that as soon as i can get the package i will receive I️t on the app. So sorry about this and thank you for your patience.

madeleinemiriam @isabel_86 guess what! Solved it! You forgot to put my PO BOX number! So the people at the post office couldn’t find I️t and I️t apparently went into some dark corner of the post office for a week. Good news is I️ finally convinced someone to actually look through every single package and they found it...so alls well that ends well! AND it’s gorgeous and fits beautifully!
